Currently in private beta

Tailored resumes for every job, without the copy-paste.

Xcelerate rewrites your resume and cover letter for each job you apply to — grounded in your real experience, never invented. Download a polished .docx in seconds.

Private by design
No invented facts

Built for how you actually apply

Every feature exists because spray-and-pray resumes don't work and copy-pasting between roles takes forever.

Tailored per JD

Paste a job description. Claude analyzes requirements, matches against your skill bank, and reframes your real bullets to match what they asked for.

Never invents anything

Hard rules prevent fabricated metrics, imaginary projects, and résumé-speak. Every tailored bullet traces back to something you actually did.

Bring your own template

Starter templates included. Upload your own .docx design — Xcelerate fills in your tailored content while your design stays intact.

Real Word documents

Download polished .docx files, not PDFs generated from HTML. Open in Word, tweak if needed, send as-is.

Track your pipeline

Every application is saved. See what you applied to, what's interviewing, what went quiet, and what needs a follow-up.

Cover letters too

Three-paragraph, evidence-based cover letters generated alongside the resume. No filler adjectives, no enthusiasm theater.

From profile to application in minutes

You set up your profile once. Every future application is a paste-and-click away.

01

Paste your current resume

Claude extracts your roles, projects, skills, and education into a structured profile. You review before anything is saved — nothing is fabricated.

02

Paste a job description

We extract required skills, preferred skills, and qualifications. You see how well you match — and which skills are gaps you can mark as stretch.

03

Generate

Your bullets get reworded to match what the role asks for. Your skills get prioritized. Your cover letter references a real accomplishment, not a cliché.

04

Download and apply

Two polished .docx files — resume and cover letter. Named clearly. Ready to submit. The application stays in your tracker for follow-ups.

Frequently asked questions

Does it lie on my resume?+

No. The generation prompt has hard rules against inventing facts, metrics, or projects. Every tailored bullet traces back to something in your actual experience. The worst case is a reworded bullet — not a fabricated one.

How is this different from ChatGPT?+

ChatGPT rewrites from whatever you paste into it. Xcelerate has your canonical profile already — your real experiences, projects, and skills — and applies consistent anti-hallucination rules. Plus application tracking, templates, and a real output format (.docx, not markdown).

Can I use my own resume design?+

Yes. Upload a .docx with {placeholder} tokens in Word, and Xcelerate fills them with your tailored content. Starter templates included if you don't want to author one yourself.

What happens to my data?+

Stored in a Postgres database on a private server. Your resume content is only used to generate your own applications — never for training, never shared. You can delete your account and wipe everything at any time.

Is this free?+

During private beta, yes. Post-beta pricing hasn't been decided — it'll cover the Claude API costs (around a few cents per generation) and hosting, with generous free tier limits.

What's the catch?+

No catch, but also no guarantees. Xcelerate is a tool that gets you from profile to tailored application fast. It doesn't guarantee interviews — that depends on your background, the role, and a dozen other factors. What it does is take the grinding part out of applying.
